„Der Sohn des Daguerreotypisten und Porzellanmalers [[Eduard Scholz]] gründete 1867 in Görlitz die Firma ''Robert Scholz, Anstalt für Photographie'', und spezialisierte sich neben der Portraitphotographie auf Landschaftsaufnahmen.<br />
